The feed rate VCarve set was 100 and I don't think it could handle that when doing the tabs. I set the endmill feed in the tool base in VCarve to 50, redid the gcode and it seem to work OK.

In that parts case, it was being run on my Fadal, which takes about 15 seconds to change tools.
