WEBYou could even buy a fortify enchanting potion to make them stronger, and some fortify smithing potions. Then just buy any ingots of your choice. Even steel will do, ebony is probably the best though. Then just make either body armor or war hammers and then improve them. That should get you up to 100 fairly fast.
